One can be successful selling here (significantly surpassing initially set quotas), but management will increase quota amounts or alter the Sales Incentive Payouts without notice. No employment contracts.

Overall it is a great company to work for and great culture. OTE may be less than some other companies but overall still very good.

Great company, culture is great, not a very hard job. Pay is solid, not amazing but enough to not stress. Sales is not actually sales, it’s business development. Good company though, if you want a low stress job with decent pay, Schneider is the best out there.

In many divisions of Schneider Electric like Industrial Automation, Process Automation, and in Power Management, the sales reps are able to hit quota. However, in some divisions it is very tough to hit quota.

Great company very stable. However the commission structure sucks if you want to kill it.

It was rare to hit 100% quota due to high growth targets and constant shifting/creating of revenue quota buckets. Margin was not factored into quote though. Most reps were on a 60/150 curve meaning you get 0 payout unless you hit 60% of that quotas target. Most years there were 3 quota buckets.

Great leadership in this organization. The opportunity is only limited by how hard you are willing to work. You learn every day and can make an impact on the world.

Great company. Pay and leadership is lacking. Definitely needs to adjust to the market

Best company I have ever worked for. The culture is authentic, motivating, and fosters career growth. There is so many benefits that most employees are not aware of all of them. Being a gigantic company allows more flexibility in case you ever need to move. The company is always looking to expand by purchasing smaller companies, which equips the sales rep with a full...Read More

My overall experience was great, and I learned a lot from this sales organization. I think there needs to be an emphasis on sales methodology, but overall the experience was helpful and has pushed me farther in sales.

Schneider Electric is a great place to work. The company is very stable, dominant in many of the markets it covers, and genuinely focused on sustainability. Change adoption is slow and the culture is resistant to it. Decision making is by consensus and requires the involvement of too many stakeholders. Career development is a towering strength, and there are many...Read More

Good job overall. The company was fair and a great first job coming out of college. Wish management created a better career path for their employees.

Direct Management is genuinely focused on my success but a few steps above seems to be numbers-focused since there is no relationship. There is a great work culture and great employees we work with at every level. It takes time to make an impact so stick with being your best, learn every day and keep making progress towards bringing value to the customer base and the...Read More

Great company to work for. Like any large company is slow to move internally. Very siloed which make it operate inefficiently.

On a new team. They're excited to have us, and providing us with lots of resources, but the organization lacks the structure and data required to really allow us to blossom.

Amazing company culture, product, and leadership. They invest in their employees and value feedback. Sales comp is based on a bonus structure instead of commission.

Great overall company that is continually expanding and acquiring brands. Has a great sales development program if you are new to sales or a recent graduate. There is a professional dress code for the office. Allows you to branch out further into IT or the electrical field.

My overall experience was average. I worked there long enough to see the good and bad side of things. Nothing too bad and nothing too great. It's just a place to work to get your paycheck.

Okay. Could be better could be worse. Every company in the industry is pretty much the same. Declining earning potential due to commoditization

Great company that is very people focused. The company is going through a transition that leadership doesn’t really understand so the vision and guidance isn’t always clear.
